It will be interesting to see if you really do pass this information back to Sam and the team in Moreton because some future 'home movers' may not be as tolerant as us with regards the conveyancing experience we had. Feedback is only as good as the resulting action!! I don't expect a reply to this but if I do, then the feedback system should have some impact on future customer services and the choice of 'Legal Beagle's' for a fast and stress free home move.
