Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. As you are aware there are a number of circumstances over which we have little or no control. Lease extensions and our clients choice of solicitors on occasion add complication and/or delays. To reduce this we have a panel of specialist equity release solicitors that we are happy to recommend to all our clients. We always monitor all cases to help minimise any delays caused by third parties and work to maximise the benefit to our client through to completion. Joanne Charles Customer Services

Their service from start to finish was very professional. At no time did we feel pressured into making any decisions and their staff were very knowlegable in the product they were selling.
