We couldn't have said it better ourselves.
With the ever rising cost of video games, renting has never looked better.
Often being as high as £70 on release, being able to play them for a little as £10.99 a month is certainly the way to go.

The website is difficult to browse. There isn’t much communication. They should have more stock of popular games. Apart from that the service is pretty easy to use

As a rental service, there me be some occasions where requested games are not immediately available. We will award you Payback Points for any time you do spending waiting to further enhance the value you get from each subscription payment you make. These points can then be used on several unique benefits which include Bonus Games, Free Rental Months and discounts of up to 50% off of purchases.
We are always looking for ways to improve our website, and the overall customer experience and have some further updates planned for the near future.

We always aim to give our customers the best value possible while gaming, and it's excellent to see you save some money on games by giving them a try before buying them. It's a very popular reason to rent games.
You also mention our Keep It option, which allows customers to purchase the games they are renting. Should you process a Keep It Purchase, we will simply send the packaging for the game out to you.
You can also use any Payback Points you have earned for a discount on the purchase.
