Firstly, the UK Royal Mail automatically calculates the transport cost based on the size and weight of an international parcel. This is out of our control and was in fact only £12.75 which includes all customs paperwork and export clearance paperwork. I don’t feel this is in fact a high price to pay for a tracked delivery to Switzerland. I’m sorry that you do. Secondly, the Government of Switzerland determines the customs costs applicable to products being imported (as every country does). Again, this is entirely out of our control, and we always recommend clients check this in their country before ordering if possible. From our end, we shipped your parcel with all completed customs paperwork within 24 hours of your purchase and it was delivered to you in under 7 days. Good morning sir and thank you for your feedback. You ordered your parcel for shipment to Greece at 19:34 on 27/03/2024 and we shipped it on the 28th. We had Easter in between and as of today, 04/04/2024, the tracking link we supplied you with states that the parcel has arrived in Greece. The Greek customs should now contact you to pay the taxes as the parcel value was over 150 Euros. Please let us know when you receive it. Best wishes and good luck with the test.
