Your overall rating has risen in my estimation , due to your prompt responses and by the fact that with in an hour Gary your / The manager , called me directly and discussed the issues , Your Company / management team obviously appreciate constructive criticism and are prepared to act upon it and follow it through to ascertain increased customer satisfaction , I will "now" recommend and use your services again
