Hi, Firstly, I am sorry to read your recent service review and we do apologise for any lack of communication. After speaking with our Sales team, they advised you that a full refund would be provided as communication was made that the changing bag was not included within the changing accessory bundle you purchased.
As a full refund was duly made by our customer services team, they assumed that the case was closed as you required a full refund based on this purchase?
Excellent service from ordering to receiving item. My daughter was delighted with changing bag and contents. Would definitely purchase from this site again.
Customer service was second to none when I contacted bababing after losing a car seat adaptor. They were unbelievably helpful, providing me with a new one at a minimal cost.
