No contact after order confirmation despite saying dispatch day would be advised. Only one of 3 items delivered by almost 3 weeks later with no explanation/contact and no response to email enquiry

We're truly sorry for the wait you've experienced. 🕒 On April 16th, at 10:15 am, we did send an email detailing the out-of-stock status of some items, including when we expect them back in stock. We also offered you a direct line to contact me for a quick chat and iron out any concerns. 📧
Could you double-check your inbox and perhaps the spam folder for an email from richard@bababing.com? Sometimes, emails take a detour there.

Firstly, I do apologise that our delivery times were not up to your requirements. After reviewing your order, it was noted that your order arrived with us on Friday 29th March which was Easter Good Friday. Unfortunately our offices and Warehouse were closed during the Easter Holiday, however we ensured your order was despatched as soon as we arrived back after the Easter break.
