Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the support you received. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to experience an issue with your booking. Upon reviewing your booking, we can confirm that the tickets were issued according to the details provided at the time of purchase. While we genuinely wish we could have made the requested changes directly, we are required to follow the ticket supplier’s terms and conditions. Once tickets have been processed and uploaded to the customer account, changes to the number of tickets, ticket dates or lead passenger details require the existing tickets to be cancelled and re-booked at the current price. Unfortunately, this can result in additional costs, as ticket prices may have changed since the original purchase. You can find the full terms and conditions here: https://www.attractiontickets.com/en/orlando-attraction-tickets/universal-orlando-all-parks-ticket As an alternative, we suggested visiting Guest Services at the resort, as they sometimes are able to assist with certain changes directly. We’re very pleased to hear that the team in the USA was able to resolve the issue for you. We’re sorry that we weren’t able to provide the solution you were hoping for. We always do our best to assist our customers, but there are times when we have to work within the terms and conditions set by our suppliers. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re glad that your issue was ultimately resolved. We hope you had a great time!
