I am totally disappointed about this order. I placed a order on 2 October, but l have not received the package today(12 October), while it should be deliveried in 3-5 business days.

Sometimes confirmation emails end up in spam or junk folder if your email has higher security level.

Not received any goods yet, ordered three items, two are out of stock & I have to wait 2-4 months for delivery, the third item has not yet arrived!!! I wanted it today for my daughters 16th birthday

it's a miss or an IT, it depends on the items. I had great experience with Astrid and Miyu but in last order one item was broke and the other too big and the return was at my charge as I am no UK...

Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear about your bad experience. We have recently moved to new website and had experienced few technical difficulties, which we can ensure you have been fixed. Regarding, the earrings, we apologise for what has happened, we had packed them nice and neatly however, since our jewellery is very delicate, mishandling delivery by post office could damage the goods.
