The quality of face to face teaching was excellent. Really beneficial having time to practice all exercises.

I would recommend this course to everyone.
All the exercise movements were all good and easy to be followed by some of our residents.. The instructor's very energetic and she's amazing. Questions are being answered too after each session.

Best Training ever
This is one of the best training I have been to. The content was very good and the trainer was brilliant. This training is not only good for the residents but also myself.
