Dear Miss Thorpe,

An inspection was completed on the 4th January and emailed out to you on the 8th Jan by Carmen. If you haven't received I can only assume it has gone into your junk folder. 

I will arrange for it to be sent to you again today. The property address starts 141, I haven't included the full address for data protection.

Sorry for an inconvenience and if you locate the report and feel like you would like to rescore us that would be fantastic.

Personal approach
Excellent advice for our remortgage. They took a personal approach and made the process and outcome work for us. You can't get this level of service and peace of mind from an online only company.
