Items were despatched on 2nd working day after ordering
One of few outlets that stocks Elfa castors.
Helpful about postage but sadly item did not arrive while my friend was with me to help fix.

Sorry to hear you had difficulty fitting the new castors. Elfa have changed the castors so that they have a much better design to make them a lot easier to fit in case you ever have any damage problems in the future. Hope your leg gets better soon. Beth@aplaceforeverything
The bench was broken when we opened it and we could not get through to the customer service ,as it was engaged ,we left our tel no but we have not been contacted since

Apologies again for the damage to the item - I think our courier had been a little heavy handed when delivering. Your phone message came through to us on the day we were closed unfortunately but we have sorted out a replacement with you as soon as we heard about the damage. Beth@aplaceforeverything
