Good service but of late there delivery is slow used to be within a couple of days.....plus the pair of shoes I purchased at Easter for my child to wear to school lasted a total of 90 days. Not very...

We are sorry for the delay in your order, you are right our delivery is usually much quicker than this. I can see that there were a few logistical issues with couriers when calling back your shoes from our external warehouse. I think there should be a choice to add a delivery address not just a billing address .

Thank you for your feedback. We can completely understand your comments, however we have this in place at the moment for fraud purposes so the billing and delivery address have to be the same. However, It is something we will be looking into for the future.
