Thank you for you feedback. I have looked into this for you and can see that my colleague has spoken with you regarding this, and confirmed that no payment has been taken twice. As explained by my colleague, when you placed the order the amount for the shoes is put on hold, then when the items are dispatched the payment is taken and the amount on hold is released. There is no physical way that we can charge you twice and I can see that you were sent proof of this. I am sorry for the confusion here. We are glad to hear you like the shoes and hope to have you shop with us again.

Thank you for you feedback. We are very sorry to hear of the trouble you have had. Unfortunately it is clearly stated in our returns policy online that all returns must be sent back to our warehouse. We do not have a system in place for the stores to accept online refunds and they do not have access to any of your information or those orders placed online. However, we will consider this for the future with our stand alone stores. Thank you for taking the time to give us your comments.
