there was nothing wrong with my card details, after contacting my bank (which you told me to do) they have said that there is no record of this transaction. I have used your company before with the same card details and not had a problem. the secod time i phoned your company with the problems i have recently experienced an employee told me that YOU were having problems with your computers but I like the way you are trying to say that its the customers fault. After the recent order fiasco I will not be using your site again EVER due to the way everything has been made out that the problem has been my fault. Like the letter you sent me a few days ago saying that I had given you the wrong card details, there is nothing wrong with the details I gave you. Perhaps if you'd held your hands up and admited that you had been having problems your end instead of blaming the customer. Maybe something you should think about in future unless you want to loose more customers!

I have found it difficult to sign in with my password if it has been a while since it was last used, when I phone up I am told to sign in again as a new user, this has happened a number of times and is very annoying. that is the only complaint I have
