BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS. THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOISE

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any independent installation issues and on this occasion it is the opinion of our expert that the fault was caused during install and not during production. However, we always do what we can to ensure customer satisfaction so have therefore, as a good will gesture, supplied a new top section free of charge. This is one of our most popular posts and has only ever had 4 and 5 star reviews from our other valued customers, therefore, a responsible installer should be able to remove the installation debris obstructing the interior of the post and enable it to successfully operate with the part with have supplied.
