Here at the Post Office Shop, we take our Customer Experience very seriously. I appreciate that receiving your goods after two working days was frustrating for you, however the £1.99 delivery charge which you paid encompasses the picking and packing of your order alongside the 3-5 working day delivery costs.
On this occasion, as a gesture of goodwill I will refund the delivery charges for your order to compensate for the delay in receiving your items.
