Having looked into this record, I can see that a request for the proceeds of sale payment to be made by the trustees was made on 11th December (the same day that Marriott's advised us that the transfer of ownership was completed). The trustees have confirmed that a cheque was posted to you on the 14th December. Given that post can take slightly longer at this time of year due to the Christmas period, I would expect the payment to be with you shortly.
Could I ask that you kindly call our Contracts Department if you have still not received the cheque in the next few days.
