Thanks for your comments - I'm not sure if you meant to give the products a bad rating, from your comments we are guessing you might have inadvertantly rated them badly - if this is the case it would be great if you were able to re rate them - if however there is a problem please let us know and we will take it up with the supplier.

I have to appology to Woods of Shropshire for incorect rating which was caused by my discursivness. I do like shoping at WoS, I do like their provided service as well as the offered goods.
Both my orders were excellent as regards quality. With regard to speed of delivery the first order took 4 days (quite acceptable). However, when the second delivery appeared the morning after it was...

Many thanks for your comments - where possible we do try to ship goods as soon as possible - occasionally goods are out of stock and take a little longer as was the case in your first order. If there are going to be excessive delay we try to contact customers. We look forward to being of service again in the future.
