Hello. Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry you were unhappy with your experience ordering with us. I have reviewed the communication with our team member via our live-chat. I can see my colleague provided you with the location that the delivery was made but we did not ask you to go and locate the parcel yourself at this location. Once you let us know you did not recognise the location provided by the courier, we confirmed we would raise a full delivery investigation with Hermes to locate your parcel. This may have included them returning to the address to collect it and re-deliver to you. This included sending a denial of receipt form over to your email address which was sent on February 16th. We did not receive the form back form or any further communication yourself therefore no further action was taken. I am very pleased to hear you have now received your parcel and were happy with your items and am sincerely sorry for the issues relating to your delivery. As a gesture of goodwill, I have issued a refund for the initial postage charge paid and should be with you in 3-5 working days depending on your bank.
