I am sorry regarding the free subscription gift. It appears that the advertised gift was subject to availability and the limited stock we had ran out very fast due to the popularity of the offer. Attempts have been made to order further stock but have been unsuccessful. In the terms of the offer we are obliged to offer you an alternative gift which we have done in April 2014 by sending out the Beautify Me supplement so this will arrive to you shortly if this has not done so already. Just spotted that there was a freebie attached to this month's copies in the shops.How come your guaranteed, prepaid customers don't get this?
I can only assume that its because you don't feel the need to attract us! Maybe I'll stop my subscription so I can get the freebies.
