Facilities at Portsmouth are poor and waiting in the car feels like being inside a cave - very dark etc. Why no newspapers available for sale or coffee shop downstairs? Why no papers on sale on board?

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Our Camber Café is located on the top floor of the Customer Building at our Portsmouth Car Ferry port and is accessible via a set of stairs or lift from the ground floor. Unfortunately, we do not sell newspapers at our retail outlets either onboard or at the port.

Cost was so high fir this time of the morning only to find a dozen onboard Maybe if u lower prices it would be full

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry that you were disappointed by the cost of your journey. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsidised). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Thank you once again for sharing your experience with us. We hope to see you onboard again soon.

Over-priced, Under-delivered
Arrived at Portsmouth desperate for the loo. All cubicles out of action in the gents, so had to wait to use the disabled toilet. Given the ludicrous prices Wightlink charge for their service, I don't...
