Good cover, poor and difficult service when trying to claim
A lot of back and fourth when I clearly had proof of hospital stay from the hospital, making it very difficult to claim to the point I nearly gave up. I think the staff need to remember they are...

i think its a good scheme but i have just spent 2 nights in hospital so i sent my claim in then you sent me a foarm to be filled in by the dr that cost me £15.00 that i dont agree with .
