We are really pleased you rated the van as great and had an amazing experience. We have both the emails that were sent to you advising you of the change to an identical van with a slightly different colour. You did fail to return the campervan with a full tank and although the amount was confused with another van that was also not full, we let you off any payment for missing fuel so I think we are very disappointed that you given us a bad rating!! However, e wish you well in your quest for your own van.
Perfect service, excellent preparation and supply of vehicle, we used this company for a pretty honeymoon break and they excelled and we did not want the experience to end, that says it all.
Very helpful even when we ran into difficulty in getting the vw camper returned. We would certainly recommend and use their services again in the future. Thank you.
