Thank you for your feedback. We always ensure there is gas in every campervan that goes out on hire so I’m not sure if you turned on the gas safety valve on correctly. Stanley has one tap on the bottle and 2 more saftey valves for the the cooker - one for the grill and one for the hob. We also checked the sink and were able to drain the sink with a full tank of water as we would normally expect. The draining did appear slightly slower than usual but it was not at all blocked. We hope you enjoyed your trip overall!

Thank you for your feedback. Our campervan prices are amongst the lowest around for a bank holiday and we are also one of the very few companies that allow breaks of less than a week in August. There was gas in the campervan and the sinks drain fine so we are a bit confused by this feedback. The Devon depot is easy to find using the directions and a map on the website and details in the manual!! We hope you enjoyed your trip overall.

booking and sending docs was easy. Van was clean and ready on arrival and all functions explained. Performed as expected and drop off was just as easy. Would certainly recommend.
