I had to chase for the details of the holiday and once on holiday the information given was poor.

The service was good. Some bits of information like in our case luggage allowances you needs to check when you get emails from viva.

Viva did all good and managed to get my friend join us. I would have given 5*stars but some how they forgot our Bernina train tickets. We had to remind them then we got the tickets just in time. ...
Have used Viva twice via Secret Escapes and both times they've been excellent. All arrangements have been as stated with good quality hotels and transport trouble-free. Would recommend and use again.
Great initial contact. The phone number sent via email to contact viva wasn’t answered but another found online was and all queries answered excellently.
