I have emailed 4 times now asking for my confirmation of my flights and hotel booking but no body has replied.

We have looked into this and it seems that the travel documents have already been dispatched to you by email.
Please also check your spam folder, as it can sometimes be filtered by your email provider.
If you have still not received this, please let me know on raj@viaholiday.co.uk and I will arrange for an alternative delivery method.
