We’re sorry to hear about the issues you had with your vehicle, in the month of June we did experience some delays with delivery and we sincerely apologise for this, we will be speaking with our team to address where and how our normal procedures fell through in order to allow the van to be delivered incorrectly. All documents should be received within 14 days of receipt of the vehicle, the only exception is when the DVLA are experiencing busy periods which can add 10-14 days on top of our own estimated deadlines. The director of the company would like the opportunity to speak with you personally and have a conversation about the problems you experienced to ensure this does not happen again.
