Delvery fine, but on unpacking, no instruction book.
As per headline, I called helpline and asked to be mailed out instructions. Felt I got fobbled off about commitment to action. 3 days later had to email to suggest that response unacceptable as...

Can't fault them excellent service
Excellent service every time ,even though a couple of times I was disappointed the problem was resolved amicably.
