Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your disappointment regarding the outcome of your booking. Having reviewed the record, we note that the airline marked your booking as a no-show. Under the applicable airline fare conditions, tickets in such circumstances are generally non-refundable. However, if you would like us to explore the possibility of recovering any unused taxes, we would be happy to investigate this with the airline. Please note that any refund of unused taxes is subject to the airline’s review and approval. We appreciate your feedback and take your concerns seriously. Please contact our team with your booking reference and registered email address so we can look into this further and advise you accordingly. Regards, TravelUp

Good morning, Dr. John, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed with the service you received, particularly in relation to how your concerns were handled after the issue was raised. We understand that receiving a response referring to the applicable Terms and Conditions without feeling that your individual circumstances had been fully addressed can be frustrating. While our team is required to follow the terms of the booking and the applicable airline fare rules, we also recognise the importance of explaining the position clearly and ensuring that customers feel their concerns have been properly listened to and considered. We are disappointed to hear that you felt there was no effort to assist you towards a resolution. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we regret the frustration and disappointment caused. Your feedback has been noted, particularly your concerns about the handling of your case and the level of support you felt you received. We will share this with the relevant team so that your comments can be reviewed and used to improve how we communicate with and support our customers when issues arise. We are sorry that this experience has affected your confidence in TravelUp and led you to feel that you would not use our services again.
