Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on the Four Supercar Blast experience at North Weald Airfield you received as a gift with Trackdays. We welcome all reviews from our customers, whether positive or not, as these help to improve our products and services.
We are sorry to hear that the experience was not entirely to your satisfaction. Regarding the layouts used, these are set and controlled by the supplier at the venue, and may utilise a different formation to the actual track length on site. The reason why they are laid out as such is so that all in attendance on the day can enjoy the driving experiences safely, and to ensure the safety of staff, visitors and instructors on the day.
Experience providers will usually be hosting other experiences as well as the one you booked for on the day, including junior driving experiences. On weekends for example, it is naturally likely that it will be busier. Oftentimes, they are limited to what track layout they use by the venue owners, so this means the layout you drive on will oftentimes share this with others.
Furthermore, North Weald Airfield is one of our multipurpose venues, so the track is likely to be vastly different from that of, say, one of our motorsport venues with a dedicated track such as Snetterton, for example.
