We have great time in Japan, everything said in itinerary was exactly followed. We learned a lot about Japan, met lovely people. We are planning to come back and to explore more particularly Tokyo...

Our tour guide has very poor English skills and often appears to be disorganised and poorly prepared.
Some accommodation was substandard.

This is the worst tour guide we have ever experienced. She is a good person but has no idea on how to be a tour guide. Do you have any quality control with regards to the selection of tour guides?
My wife and I are very disappointed with this tour and are feeling as if we have been "ripped off ".

Well organised tour with ability to listen to and handle clients concerns. ie changing Qantas flights to earlier time to make connection at Sydney.

Arrangements were easy and efficient.
Tour guide Ari was excellent. She was extremely helpful and considerate. She had excellent knowledge of Japan, it’s culture and history and conveyed this to us...
