Feefo Trusted Service Awards
Nossos prêmios independentes reconhecem as principais marcas em termos de atendimento ao cliente. Os vencedores são decididos com base nas classificações que recebem de seus clientes.
We produced a mattress for you 13" deep and confirmed all the dimensions with you prior to manufacture over both the phone and via email. The mattress we supplied to you is one of our highest quality mattresses, and the 13" depth is the deepest we can produce.
On being contacted with your concerns, we sent an employee to your home to check all dimensions. He confirmed that the mattress was made to the measurements your provided and was 13" deep.
