Absolutely terrible. You had a whole week to deliver, but failed and missed my wife's birthday. I've since complained but not even had the courtesy of a response. Extremely poor.

Lovely professional service, had an issue with item being lost after dispatch. Service were quick and efficient in sorting out the issue and dispatching a replacement, gratefully received.
Thank you for your feedback. As per my email, your item was dispatched from us on the 20th November and delivery was attempted on 24th November but they were unable to deliver.
