Thank you for your feedback, all of our finance is based on affordability and once a budget is approved customers are free to select any vehicle in our stock within that budget to ensure the monthly repayments and vehicle package are right for them. We are happy to have helped you and glad to hear you found a great deal

Thank you for your review, we pride ourselves on customer service so it is great to hear that our staff are friendly and you found the communication was great!
We understand that it is not ideal when your provisional date is moved this is due to us not releasing a vehicle to a customer until it is ready and meets our high standards. Which is why we advise that provisional dates are not set in stone and not to make any arrangements until the booking date has been confirmed, we do however aim to have every vehicle ready by this date.

We are sorry to hear this and will look into this matter as your sales consultant should have discussed this with you on the outset.
All fees due are also detailed to all customers in the pre-contract that is emailed in advance, are discussed on the talk-through with the Underwriting team via telephone and in the contract that is signed via E-sign.
We will review the process and explore if there are additional areas we can make this clearer in future.

We apologise for the inconvenience that has been caused, this vehicle did not meet our usual high standards and because of that we have reviewed our vehicle preparation process and retraining has been applied to ensure this does not happen.
