We are very sorry for the confusion with your delivery, we changed couriers at the time your item was to be delivered and unfortunately you did receive an incorrect tracking no (which was corrected asap) TNT have admitted this was their error and it was not delivered on time, since we have changed over to TNT the delivery times have been much better than our previous courier, we have logs to prove we kept in contact with you once we realised there was a problem, and we have refunded you compensation for the inconvenience caused. item was delivered on 15th instead of 14th.

The BBQ is excellent ! very easy to put together. used it the same day it arrived ! cooks food fast and evenly,the searer is amazing it just adds to this fantastic product.The BBQ is light and easy to move around on the built-in casters ! would highly reccomend this product.
