In this instance unfortunately there was a delay in the stock coming to us from the supplier and although we did everything possible this was out of our hands and we were completely reliant upon the supplier.
We strive to keep our customers informed as any information becomes available regarding delays and apologise that you do not feel this was the case for your order.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that one of your glasses was broken in transit, I can see from our records that we received your email to inform us about the damage at 8.09pm on Thursday 14th June, we responded to your email at 12.47pm on Friday 15th June and a replacement was also sent out on Friday 15th June.
Once again we apologise that your first order was damaged in transit
