I ordered wallpaper online on the 7th august,emailed them on the 13th to see why I hadn't received my order was told it wasn't in stock,waiting for delivery from supplier today is 17th still heard...

it wasn't the sample I was talking about we ordered 8 rolls of the paper and payment was taken on ordering its that i'm talking about, on your FAQs" it says if product is out of stock in our warehouse we will contact you to advise if this occurs and discuss whether you would prefer to proceed or cancel" which you didn't I emailed on the 13th and 1 hour later then received a reply and was told you didn't have 8 rolls so would be ordering from the suppliers and would be getting the order this week and would dispatch to me its now Friday 5.15pm still nothing.

Apologies, this thread was related to your sample order and this caused a little confusion. We did not have the required quantity of your wallpaper with matching batch numbers and we had to order these in from our supplier. We apoloigse for the slight delay however we want to ensure that you receive matching batch numbers on your wallpaper to ensure the best possible finish.

Waited 9 days for a 3 day delivery slot. When package arrived mirror was completely shattered. Terrible experience, never use again
