Really sorry that you are not happy with our servive. I can see from the email correspondance that the information given to your reagarding shipment was correct and the goods have been dispatched.
I have spoken to the couriers regarding when you will recieve the items and they are out for delivery to you today. The goods have a taken a little longer to be delivered to you due to the remote location delivery area.

Hi Customer,
We have looked into this for you and two parcels where dispatched to you containing all items ordered. One of the parcels unfortunately had gone to the wrong DPD depot, which was an error on DPD's part and will be delivered to you tomorrow.
The invoice in the parcel was a copy of your full order which you would have received altogether if there was not an error at the DPD depot.
We are sorry that you are not happy with the baubles you have received and we have agreed with yourself to send you replacments. Due to the nature of the beading on these baubles they can fall off with impact and we take great care in wrapping them before dispatch. The replacements will leave our warehouse today and will be delivered to you tomorrow.
