Amazing farmhouse, everything provided for a luxury stay.
Stunning farmhouse in every aspect. Everything possibly needed was provided, also with high quality. Luxury furnishings, comfortable beds with luxury bathrooms.

Great little cottage.
Clean and tidy little cottage. All the amenities were their and the milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend Sykes cottages.

I am sorry that you were unhappy with your latest experience with us. We certainly do value your custom and your loyalty.
Having looked into the problems you experienced whilst you were away I can understand your frustration about the set up of the heating system. We will pass your feedback on to the property owner so that they can reflect on whether they could make changes to benefit future guests.
We would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. However, we were not contacted during your stay we were unable to intervene before you decided to cut your holiday short. If you do go away with us in the future please feel free to contact us with any issues you have. Our Customer Relations team are on hand 7 days a week, from 9am to 7pm.
