My son liked it a lot! Shame that they said they were going to have swimming classes but it was cancelled on the first day for the rest of the week. It was disappointing as the kids were excited...

Hi Andreia, I'm glad to hear your son enjoyed SuperCamps at Whitgift! We can never guarantee the children will swim unfortunately, however we always try our best to ensure that the children will have the opportunity to at some point during the week. We hope to see you and your son back on camp for May half term.
This was our first time trying your camp at Summer Fields School for a single day session. The description of the camp stated that the children could play in the outdoor grass field and woods within...

O que Trusted Customer disse sobre a SuperCamps:
Daughter had a fantastic time and can’t wait to go back. Never before has she woken up and got herself up and down for breakfast by 6:30 in the morning in excitement for a day at SuperCamp!

Thanks for your kind feedback Jackie! Sounds like your daughter definitely got into the spirit of SuperCamps! We would love to see her back at camp Swanbourne in the summer!
Kids loved it... they still talk about the teachers. And how much fun they had and what they did.
Will defiantly be sending sending them in the summer holidays.

My eleven year old son went with his friend to the camp at Thorpe House. We knew they were having building work at this venue so specifically asked in advance if all activities would still be...

Hi there, I'm sorry that your son had a disappointing start to his week on camp, however I'm glad we were able to resolve your issue and that the boys enjoyed their time at The Beacon. We're always looking to improve so really appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback.
Make it clear that swimming is not available every day so it is luck of the draw whether they get to go. Send an actual timetable of what the children will be doing rather than one which mentions...

I'm sorry to hear your children did not enjoy all of the activities ran at camp. We can never guarantee that the children will swim every day, however ask parents to please send their children to camp with a swim kit every day in case they do - we know how much children enjoy this activity so try to swim as much as possible!
We have some fantastic specialist courses such as LEGO play and Cookery running at The Godolphin this summer that might perhaps be better suited to your older children; we would love to see the kids back at camp!
