After discovering it was there, we sent our deepest apologies and we have quickly answered her concerns and replaced the item FOC to the USA. Just as update on my previous review! My original complaint had ended up in their junk mail, but when I emailed again and they realised the problem, Studio William could not have been more helpful! They replaced faulty items quickly and I am very happy and will definitely shop with them again!
