Disappointed that I couldn't secure a 10% discount as o was booking almost 10 months in advance. Also, Alice told me that I wouldn't be able to get it at a cheaper rate if I went direct to ski Total....

Ski Solutions are a ski specialist travel agent which search the market on our clients’ behalf to find the best options to meet their requirements. We will never charge our clients more than if they booked directly with the Tour Operator, with the added advantage of taking all the hassle and stress out of your search for the perfect holiday.
I am sorry you were anticipating a 10% discount for early booking, however this has never been advertised in conjunction with Chalet Isba. We advise our clients to book early to ensure choice of resort and chalet and to guaranteed availability for popular departure dates. I can see however that you were able to take advantage of Ski Total’s Group Discount.
As the rooms have already been confirmed in Chalet Isba for 10th January on your behalf Ski Total would not be able to provide a like for like quote post booking. If you obtained a quote directly from the operartor prior to booking for the same room types and flights, and it was lower than the price we have charged, please send this through to us at admin@skisolutions.com and we can address this directly with Ski Total.

I am sorry if you do not feel the service offered by our After Sales team has met your expectations.
The email you received from us at the point of booking confirmed ‘your booking has now been confirmed with the tour operator and details are shown in the attached Booking Confirmation’, within this email we also confirm ‘you will receive a copy of the tour operator’s confirmation invoice shortly’.
We take the time to check each invoice received to ensure the details recorded by the Tour Operator are correct, as this is a manual process it can take a few days for an invoice to be passed on during our busy period. I understand our After Sales team emailed your invoice on 6th March, as week after booking, if this has not been received please do let us know.
