Hi George, thanks for your review. It's good to hear that you had a fantastic holiday. On the very rare occasions that runs are closed, we do offer a shuttle service to nearby Avoriaz. We do generally receive good feedback from previous guests regarding this service, however, we'll take your feedback on board in case this situation does occur again. Apart from this issue, we are glad you had a nice family holiday!

I understand someone in our office has been in contact with you regarding this. With the vast majority of our previous guests speaking highly of our chalets, service and childcare, there is nothing to suggest our high standards have slipped.
