Very helpful people on phone, could not answer my question on fist call so said he would call me back, within 5 minssomeone called and was very helpful and I signed up and took out another policy.

Buying process needs improving
Website is not user friendly, it would not let me put more than 1 product in my basket. That meant I had to go through the whole check out process twice, which was a pain
