I wanted a slight alteration to the Tromso shelf, and Samantha got me a quick answer and a price. She placed my order and I received the shelf very quickly. Excellent and efficient service!!
I ordered two 48" white shelf systems and received one 48" shelf with a 46" bar, one 47 1/2" shelf with a 40" bar. Two different order numbers. The cost was $1,248 plus tax etc

Thank you for your feedback. With the holiday rush and time off to be with our families we were delayed getting back to you, for which we apologize. You should see your refund for the incorrect shelf soon. We are also happy to remake the shelf.

Shelfology did resolve the issue with a 50% credit. The time period was over Christmas which explains the delayed response. As I mentioned above, mistakes happen and when it does, it’s the resolution that matters. Shelfology did everything required to resolve the mistake and for that, I would order again.
