Thank you for your recent feedback in regards to your experience whilst travelling on The SeaLink Travel Groups 1 day KI Experience Tour.
I am sorry that your experience did not live up to your expectations, and disappointed that there were aspects of the tour you did not find enjoyable.
Unfortunately the loading for the tour was unusual that day due to the Cruise Ship visiting the Island and the Coach for the day needing to be unloaded from the ferry.
We pride ourselves in delivering enjoyable and comprehensive touring, and having a professional and knowledgeable team of drivers on all our tours. I will forward your positive feedback to our driver.
