Although 1 of the 5 supplied weights was not what was ordered, this was down to the manufacturers error in packing/labelling and was rectified in quick time by Scales and Balances.

Unfortunately due to issues with stock availability from the manufacturer the product was delayed beyond the usual estimated lead time. We apologised for the inconvenience as soon as we were aware that the item had not been received.
As this is a direct shipment from the manufacturer please make us aware that an item is outside the estimated lead time so that we can investigate.
