Great customer service
Those who I spoke with over the phone were polite, friendly, informative. Everything explained to me that I needed to know. I am looking forward to the trip and I hope it is everything it looks to be.

Knowledgeable staff who knew the itinerary very well.
Booking was easy once the initial hiccup of getting a quote was sorted. Alice was very knowledgeable . She had first hand experience of the hotel , resort and package . She answered lots of questions.

The web site is informative, easy to navigate, has lots of useful advice and plenty of options. When I rang with a couple of queries I was offered ( without me asking) to have a ‘hold’ put on the...
