Happy customer!
The Clock was easy to order, I was informed about the delivery, which was prompt and the clock was well packaged. It has been outside for a week or so, looks lovely and works fine.

An appalling service.
Provide a clock which works. Don’t put the customer through endless hoops returning it....Hermes is a shambles (still unresolved).. But at least the replacement clock arrived quickly

Dear Mr Victory, apologies to hear the clock was not working. I'm afraid these things can happen from time to time. However, I am pleased to say we sent a replacement immediately (within 24 hours) after receiving contact from you to advise us of this. I am sorry to hear of the negative experience you have had with Hermes Parcels, of which we were unaware of as we were not advised collection of the faulty item did not take place.

Good product
Although it took longer than I expected, and was left outside my front door which has no porch, it was luckily spotted by a neighbour who took it in from the rain. It is as described and looks good...
